The first person that should to be arrested over that accident, is the boat rider he was driving on a very high speed and endangering peoples live in the boat, despite junior people keep begging him to slow the speed, as he keep reminding him that he is the only child in his family and have three children to bring up, but all his plea fell into deaf ear, i can't believe why people are focussing on other stuffs such like a live jacket, as the cause of the accident, who doesn't know that a high speed driving is always the cause of too many accident on every mobility driving, everybody saw the speed which the boat rider was driving at and junior pope, continuously keep begging the rider to slow the speed, he didn't listen before the accident happened.
Someone on the location must be responsible for the safety of all crew members. The boat Operator must INSIST that all passengers wear life jacket or get ff the boat. People must take responsibilities for these deaths that could have been prevented. Life cannot be so cheap here like this
