Join us as we travel through Ohio and stop at two cool iconic locations as part of our summer 2022 road trip – the original Jungle Jims location, known as the theme park of grocery stores, and the town of Carey, Ohio, inspiration to many Halloween Horror Nights stories and characters! Jungle Jims is full of whacky displays, animatronics, and a HUGE selection of international foods in beautifully themed areas of the store! From vintage animatronics to the hugest pez dispenser collection I’ve ever seen, to Funko Pops to a huge re-creation of Sherwood forest, their famous Jungle Jim’s bathrooms, and just so much more – this is more than a grocery store – it’s an experience! From there, we keep driving through the farms and industrial areas of Ohio to reach the town of Carey, Ohio, a town used as a fictional backdrop to many of the scare mazes, haunted houses, scare zones, characters, back stories and lore of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Florida! We stroll around and drive around the town to see some sites, take some photos, and enjoy a really beautiful day, before continuing our drive to Sandusky, Ohio! Stay tuned for the next road trip vid, the series is almost coming to a close! Thanks so much for watching!

I love a good themed Supermarket, my supermarket installed an old tractor display where the produce section is and it’s just changes the whole place. I’m jealous of the people who get to shop at Jim’s everyday.
Ha, hilarious you stopped in Carey. We stopped there randomly in 2016 to get lunch on a summer vacation road trip. It's now tradition to stop there every year and let the kids play on the playground for an hour. Random small town with an interesting pop culture connection!!
Hi I love your videos you are so cool and I love Disney
Can't wait for the point vlog!
Jackie glad you and Sam liked Jungle Jim's. Like my wife told you you will see a lot of corn fields. Sent you a message on Instagram that might help when Sam misses Jungle Jims.
That one soda Vernon’s ginger is delicious it tastes more like egg not then a ginger ale and has a nice spicy kick to it .
By spicy I mean cinnamon/ginger kick
Have you ever done I video on the Albanese Candy factory Indiana if not
You should definitely make one because you can actually see them making the candy through the windows and it is one of favorite and best candy stores in my opinion and very reasonable prices located in Merrillville Indiana .
Jackie, I've watched your vids off and on after first seeing you on one of Adam the Woo's vids 3 or so years ago. I live in the Dayton area and glad you've made it to Kings Island, Jungle Jims, and Cedar Point. I've been listening to songs on youtube of your old band (collage of 3 people watching a hot air ballooner with mountains and a sunset behind). It sounds like Death Cab for Cutie and the New Pornographers were pretty big influences for your sound.
Super Enthuse is the perfect name for you. Y’all had me laughing during the bathroom spot. Love these videos.
Love this series.. it's my birthday 2day..the 7th and 4 my birthday we are going 2 Ceder Point but I can't go till Thursday the 11th I hope you love it as much as I do ..I have only gone 1 time b4 but it is the roller coaster capital!!!
Good morning happy Sunday morning and this looks sooo fun I loved your channel and you are amazing Supporter
Jungle Jim’s is INSANE! The over the top theming and massive selection seriously makes it a must see. The Carey stop was cool to see too. I still wonder how much people who live there actually care about the HHN connection lol
The Albanese HQ is in Merrilville, IN. They have so much candy! Also, Vernors is from Detroit, Michigan.
Now this is my kind of attraction, lol. I dont do coasters or Halloween scary stuff, but Jungle Jim's looks epic and I could spend hours and a fortune there!
Jungle Jim's is awesome. The national air force museum is in Dayton Ohio. Albanese candy factory is in the Midwest, Merriville, IN just off I-65. have fun at Cedar Point.
Live in Cleveland Ohio and every time we go to Cincinnati Jungle Jim's is a must so glad u are getting to enjoy some of our awesome attractions in our great state hopefully u can come to Cleveland soon. Only 40 minutes from Cedar point.
This place is great! I live about a half hour from Jungle Jim's and we visit frequently. It's a fun place to just go and walk around when you're looking for something to do. It's definitely very unique!
that was the most amazing grocery store!!
I highly recommend Meijer when in that part of the country. It’s like a refined super Walmart.
Jungle Jim’s can be overwhelming but so fun to explore! I live near there and my husband delivers vitamins there all the time. We come to Orlando all the time (will be there Thanksgiving week this year) if you want us to stock up on any snacks for Sam on the way down let me know 😁 He just seemed so happy!!! 👏👏
Vernors is a Michigan brand so you can't get that ginger ale outside of the midwest. My Aunt used to stock up on it every time she was in the area 🙂
Welcome to Ohio, we love jungle Jim’s, such a fun experience.
If you go west of cedar point you should check out Sauders village in archbold. It’s a small historic village and the barn restaurant and dough box bakery are delicious.
Interesting and amazing!
When I was a little girl, my family would drive to the farm stand, that eventually became the Jungle Jim’s you saw, to get fresh produce. It’s really amazing how much it’s grown over the course of 40+ years! I’m glad you enjoyed yourself!
Wow that store is awesome so cool and I love that you go to all these different places and give so much information about places! ❤️❤️ I can’t wait to see your next video for Cedar point you guys are gonna love it❤️🥰🥰
This grocery store was amazing would have no problem going food shopping here thanks again for all you both of you are doing enjoy
What a great video! We lived near Jungle Jim's for years and it was always part of our best of Cincinnati tour when people came to visit! You never know what interesting things people would find to buy. My mom always got chicken feet! 😱
I grew up in Carey – so I was smiling through the whole second half of this video. Thanks for showcasing the town in such a positive way.
On your next trip you should try the Buccees gummy bears! They’re so good ☺️
Those are THE BEST gummy bears!!!
I'm so happy you guys made it to Jungle Jims! It is pretty awesome. The best part of the video is when Sam found the food from Great Britain. His reaction made me smile 😊
Awesome vid but feel the editing or filming would cut off quickly when filming the shelves, at 1 point i was looking at the collectibles or the funkos and boom were in the animitronics section, i know i can pause but lots more vloggers take their time to show things
I live only five minutes from that Jungle Jim’s location, and you inspired me to go get some Monster Munch and try it for the first time. I’m a Monster Munch fan now!
Vernors is the best ginger soda! It's the only thing we mix with egg nog at Christmas time.
And Albanese are the best gummy bears, haha!
Love the video 🤍 have a great day xoxox
👍 I see you got some Vernors (a Detroit original). In Michigan, nothing else is ginger ale, only Vernors. It's the go to drink when you're not feeling well and is absolutely amazing over vanilla ice cream (Boston cooler). So what did you think of it❓
I'm planning a trip to Jungle Jim's and King's Island next summer and will be covering Cedar Point and a drive thru wildlife safari in two weeks. Nice video!
Jungle Jims has been on my to-do list for ages… I have been jealous of your amazing road trip but this just threw me over the edge. Too fun!
Carey is one of my favorite places. My mom grew up here and all 22+ cousins and more family live here.
Agree with the Albanese gummy bears they are so fruity and delicious! My son goes to college down in Dayton so we're hoping to get to Jungle Jim's sometime soon!! Did I hear you say they have Cadbury Crunchie in the British section??
Thanks for coming out – let me know next time you're coming and i'll try and show you some Jungle Jim's secrets!!!
Great job, I wish I had your energy lol
Love this store. My SIL lives 5 minutes away. Always need to stop there before heading back home after picking up many things to take back with me. Enjoy being in Ohio, guys!
Jackie, so glad to see you guys in our neck of the woods!Live near KI and go to JJ all the time! We are long time DVC members and go every year.🚝Have a great trip!🚗
This is my hometown. I literally shop at the Dixie Hwy Jungle Jim's weekly. Glad you enjoyed yourselves!
I had never heard of Jungle Jim’s before, it looks awesome! Albanese gummies are the best! If one of your road trips ever take you to Chicago, you should stop at the Albanese factory store in Merrillville Indiana.
I recommend, since you’re in Ohio, going to the Christmas Story house! Its so fun for fans of the movie 🙂
Also I’m glad you visited Jungle Jim’s. I’ve been wanting to go for a while and your video has made me more determined to try and get there!!
I got excited when you shouted out Albanese. The factory is in northern Indiana a hop skip and a jump away from my little brothers house. Stop by if you ever do a Chicago trip or something! I pick some up for my nephews every visit to be the cool uncle.
It was so cool to see Sam so happy to find some of his favorite foods from home.
You need to go to the Albanese factory store in Merrillville, IN! 😋🤤
Can you imagine being the one in charge of inventory for Jungle Jim's? Do they give them free Xanax? LOL
