Approximately 75 candidates will be sworn in as newly naturalized citizens during an inspirational ceremony held in partnership with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The ceremony will be officiated by The Honorable Roger L. Gregory, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and begins at 11:00 am.
