The French cookbook is a very precious find indeed, all those pockets and journaling cards and the images are just beautiful even though the book is not that old. It is heart warming to see your happy mail and that you are thought of when shopping in thrift stores far and wide in the world. Those magazines are just amazing, each and every page is a delight to behold. I did notice that there were double pages as you were flipping through them. Now you have twice as much images to work with. Lucky lady.😊 the sponge dobber is fantastic, you r going to have much fun using that. So very thoughtful gifts. Take care and stay blessed. I love the books and I think the French cook book is just wonderful. It's amazing how unique the book is…so pretty and full of really great things! The dabber is interesting. I have some of the distress stains but not in dabber form like that so very cool. The magazines are beautiful! My mother was born in 1916 so I'll be looking forward to seeing more of that one. How sweet of Fawn to find some special things for you and to send them to you!

My mom used to dress my sister and I (2 1/2 years apart) in the same outfits but different colors when we were younger. So sweet. My favorite was a red and white gingham dress and my red head sister’s dress was a pretty light blue gingham…with matching ones for our cabbage patch dolls ❤️

Thanks for sharing the link to spicyrizz81 ! I had one if those records holders in my hand – but it was full of records/ so I put it down. Now I see how amazing it can be – damn! Should have bought it. Next time. And the cool book junk journal!! I already called my 2nd hand bookstore and put it on my wishlist.
