y'know, I always gave Melon the benefit of the doubt in the various instances of people claiming that he wasn't judging music based on the MUSIC, but him putting the first new Peggy track to drop in over a year in the meh category, one that sounds 100% on par with his most recent work (all of which Melon has praised), conveniently after Peggy made the controversial move of collaborating with Kanye, it's all feeling very transparent.
"To My EaRs…" "ThE vOcAl ChEmIsTrY" it just feels like him fishing for negatives now that Peggy has done something even marginally questionable on moral grounds, and it feels all the more obvious given his continuous praise of Peggy's work prior to this.
