How can you say that Peter Obi ONLY saved money? At a time like this where the present Gov. of Anambra is looking for relieve funds to cater for the flooding crisis in his state? Peter Obi received over 500 billion naira during his entire stay in office and saved 75 billion. Meaning he used majority of the earnings on other aspect of governance which he did remarkably well in. Some of his laudable achievements include; Road Infrastructure (900km of road networks), Rebuilt schools and got them accredited and funded massively education, Built Hospitals across the LGAs including the Teaching Hospital (from scratch), Rebuilt government infrastructure, funded security outfit in his state, paid outstanding arrears (pension and gratuity), never owed any salaries or outstanding pension or contractors among other things as a Governor. He did so well in the MDGs (Millennium Development Goals) that Anambra state became number 1 in Nigeria in Education that's a proven track record and verifiable. These are few of the numerous achievements of Mr Peter Obi and he still left 75 billion naira which can help the state especially with emergencies like what the state is experiencing today? Haba! Haba!! For the avoidance of doubt, verify these claims.
