Good movie for its time , I wish the fiends were visible throughout the movie. A bit of Trivia , The main actor Hunter Thompson ( The Major) played Daktari in the late 60's as a wild animal vet in Africa.

Watched this movie for the first time and really liked it. The lead actress in it had acute resemblance to Tangella. The guest , at first I thought he may have been an imposter, until I remembered seeing the episode with the salt monster in Startrek TOS. The first victim, a red shirt was this guest !!!… nice episode…

Maybe I am mistaken but when I was a kid I thought there was a Saturday TV show called "Creature features " and my all time favorite is "Creature from the black lagoon".

Undoubtedly the inspiration for the title of the Misfits song "The Fiend Without a Face". Though, the lyrics have no similarities with the movie.
Getting Paul Williams on this show would be great! I remember seeing him at the Hollywood Bowl when he performed with the Muppets (…or at least I think it was him; might have been a Muppet with blonde hair and glasses). Here's hoping you get the rights to show 'Phantom of the Paradise' soon!
