  1. As a black veteran i can say big ups to him for taking it like a man, racism shouldnt be hated it should be pitied because it is ignorance that causes it. Now, hundreds of thousands of emails, and only gruden is thrown into the fire? We all know theres a lot of other important people that are just as guilty

  2. He didn’t do nothing that every human does everyday. I’m sure any group talks about the other and many times it’s harmless. Anyone think 💩 isn’t said about every white DB or RB what about in high school when a Mexican or Asian wants to play football. I mean everyone needs to take their skirt off and grow some thick skin.

  3. There’s nothing to forgive him for. He spoke the way 90 percent of us do, behind doors. Those were private emails! This is a witch hunt, meant to take that man down. Out of all those emails, this is all they found? I smell set/up! Someone has an axe to grind. We are waaaay smarter than they think we are, not all are zombies and can’t figure this out. Hope Gruden, gets his justice in the courts, if they not bought n paid for as well. He’s fighting some powerful ppl!

  4. Gruden exposed himself by saying what he believed in a company email to his buddy at their work email. If somebody did that at their job, what actions do you think your employer would take? Common sense should come into play on what you say and send to people in work emails. Code of conduct, signed employee handbook, etc.
