I love those scenes.
I especially love how they speak of the weaponry as if they're talking about a dinner party, cracks me up every time.
It's a minor point, but I appreciate how in this montage, each Continental service provider has a different style and vibe.
The Cartographer is just like this soft-spoken librarian dude, doing his research and rummaging through his dusty archives for the information you requested. The Tailor is all warm and friendly, an unassuming old man whose craft happens to be bulletproof clothing. Meanwhile the Sommelier has this clean-cut gravitas and sort of feels like he came right out of a Bond film.

I like how the Sommelier comments on John's preference for the "German varietals" as he used an HK P30L as his main sidearm in the first film.
Love that when he asks about the suit lining John says "tactical" there's only so much you can associate to actual suits
