John is 73 yrs old now and until quite recently still had the pipes. He has had an operation for cancer and is recovering now. We don't know if he will sing again, but we don't care, as long as we still have him.

Phenomenal singer and amazing entertainer always gets the crowd involved. Lovely guy great personality and loves having banter with the fans. John one of the best singers on the planet can sing anything he has his his own unique style and the late John Lennon from the Beatles said this is the way it was intended to be performed as it was a Beatles class. John's most well known song was You're The Voice from 1986 he is Australian and it is their unofficial National Anthem. I will say… John Farnham is not just Australias 'The Voice'…. he is actually the worlds… hence why even Celine Dion fangirled over him… so did Tom Jones…. until the internet, no-one got to really hear him unless they just knew about him….. another brilliant video of his (not live but freaking brilliant) is his duet with Jimmy Barnes.. another BRILLIANT Aussie singer… called 'Something Is Wrong With My Baby'… the original b&w video, I believe is the best… it also has guitar by Jimmys brother in law… Johnny Diesel, who had his own band in the 80's. I know this is a lot of information, but this is the Australian music scene… especially the pub rock scene…. EVERYONE knows EVERYONE lol…. even until today lol

You have a lot of joy to come if you keep looking into Mr. John Farnham . He does everything from rock like Black dog, Long way to the top by ACDC, to soul with Jimmy Barns , Something is wrong with my baby, to love songs, A touch of Paradise and a duet with Oliver Newton John called Please dont ask me. He can even go opera like Grenada with Anthony Wharlo . Hes even a bit of a comedian, although a bit on the cheesy side. A really down to earth performer who should have been an international super star much bigger than he was .

We haven’t found a genre he can’t sing yet. He has given us over 50 years of music and we didn’t share him. He has one of the best voices in the world and his range is huge. John taught the Beatles how to sing their song. Yes John is still here and very much loved.
