  1. With all of the various Films that John Candy performed in, "UNCLE BUCK" is my absolute favorite as to his range as a character that could be hilarious and serious.
These "period movies" of 1987-1993 made me the "best person" that I could hope to be!

  2. One of the handsomest fat guys who ever lived. Sorry it killed him, though, of course…I still remember being up on a scaffold, painting a house in New Jersey, when it came over the radio that Candy was dead. Kept track all these years. Of late been watching his SCTV stuff, which, if you are a Candy fan, is an absolute MUST! RIP JC 👍👍👍👍

  3. Only the Lonely was so good also! But Planes, trains & Automobiles is my favorite. He was so talented. Wish he would have lived longer than 34. He really was funny! Wish they made more clean comedies. We need more funny movies that are Clean to watch with our families.
