  1. Wow Zuck, zero accountability plus an outstanding lack of moral fiber. Not surprised. Elon no matter how polarising his views, will always have my respect as someone who stands up for what he believes in.

  2. But what if china actually make a better product? I'm from neither the US or China. You can't submit China because they steal your blueprints, the US caused that by upsetting them in the first place. Same as Palestine/Israel.

  3. Hey its the leader of the company that knowingly designed their algorithm to increase engagement with self-harm content and eating disorder content while internal research showed it was harming 1 in 3 female teen users. What great company values!

  4. Today’s music is what really has shifted the culture. Social media plays a role, but it’s mainly the music and trends in my opinion. Drill music and music that promotes murder and crime should be banned in this country. 🇺🇸

  5. In 2022, my business's Instagram account was suspended without any explanation or means to recover it. Despite trying all the recovery systems provided by Meta, I hit dead ends. The issue seemed to stem from a personal Facebook account I created to run ads on Instagram. As a non-Facebook user, I set up this account under a fake name to avoid being contacted by friends and colleagues. I now realize that the Facebook account should have had accurate information, but it left a sour taste as Meta forced me to maintain a personal Facebook account to run ads for my business.

Over the years, I spent a significant amount on ads, and Meta stored my credit card information. Recently, Facebook charges appeared on that old card, likely due to either a scam or Facebook's mishandling of my account. Meta's system is chaotic, reminiscent of the old days with eBay and PayPal banning accounts and withholding card information without cause.

Currently, I avoid Instagram's account center, as it seems unstable and risky for small businesses. Linking accounts across Meta's platforms increases the risk of getting banned. Personal accounts should remain separate from business accounts on all platforms. I was unaware that Meta could suspend people on WhatsApp for issues related to Instagram and Facebook. If they pursue this route, they need a proper customer service team, which they currently lack. Businesses should be required to provide all their information on the relevant platform before setting up an account. Forcing people to use Facebook, which feels like a dead platform, is absurd.

Additionally, WhatsApp needs to enhance its protections for users at work. The reliance on instant messaging for work in 2025 is problematic.
