  1. I feel such compassion for her . . . my God, the pain . . . She's beautiful and such a good actress! The first "book report" I ever did was on Shirley Chisolm back in grade school . . . I'm 63 now . . . my teacher listed people from which we could pick. and Shirley Chisolm was on the list. As a young A/A student, I felt a sense of pride to write my book report about her. Regarding Mr. Kimmel . . . his compassion for others is a beautiful thing to see. He has such a tender heart. To be honest, some of the skits and things he has on his show, I could pass on, LOL. BUT, I watch him instead of the others in his time slot because I love his heart and respect that about him so much. That reason might not make sense to some, but it does to me. Prayers for Regina King and continued success to her and Jimmy Kimmel.

  3. This wold is destroying our youth. Things arenโ€™t as simple as they use to be and a lot of people canโ€™t handle the calamity of this over populated, over stimulating, over the top environment. Itโ€™s sad. RIP ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

  4. At my babyโ€™s wellness visit our pediatrician read the notes and said โ€œyouโ€™re depressed, you donโ€™t strike me as a depressed personโ€ and I said that I know. Depression isnโ€™t always visible. I wish ppl would stop thinking that.

  5. Depression is hard to spot. You'd think the person is the happiest person on the planet. When that person goes home they ball their eyes out in despair. It feels like drowning or sinking. You have no idea why though. You start think nobody cares but they actually just don't know. I know this all too well. I am praying for comfort. It's hard.

  6. I've watched Jimmy since the man show. He's more or less always been a comedic person. Though I don't watch his late show. Seeing him start to choke up hit hard. I know these late shows are a bit rehearsed. I'm sure he still hurt having to bring up her son's passing. I wouldn't doubt he knew the guy and can't believe he's gone. If only more people knew they're still loved and matter, even if their brain tells them otherwise.
