  1. Why so serious
A 400 pound guy in a dress is funny
A dark Italian guy with too much makeup is funny
He was OVER…yes it was politically incorrect but he was still a big star at the time LITERALLY

  2. Also, thank GOD for The Brian Last. I've pretty much stopped listening to podcasts about wrestling because I absolutely cannot STAND Conrad Thompson. Tired of the "Save With Conrad" huckstering, tired of him outright SCREAMING at people (most notably Eric Bischoff) for the wrestling past. Tired of the fake good ole boy "Roll Tide" line over and over and over. He really sucks. Brian, on the other hand does absolutely none of this. ❤️

  3. Who the hell eats a ton of food and falls asleep on yak? Lol….last thing I wanted to do was eat…and only way i could sleep was either if i was drunk as hell already or if I was speedballing.

  4. To be fair, wouldn't the people most likely to hate a gay man on principle be among the least understanding of them? Like Jay Briscoe releasing his antigay tweets without realizing pretty much every boss he's had is gay? I know they say "familiarity breeds contempt", but sometimes aversion is simply out of ignorance. It seems consciously interacting with homosexuals beyond being delayed by pride parades mellowed Jay out.

  5. I get anabolic steroids, human growth hormone, monkey balls, etc. I don't agree with their use to get ahead in sports, but I get it. I'm in support of painkillers, though I think they can be overused. I don't agree with alcohol consumption, but again, can understand the appeal to a traveling athlete. Why the hell do so many professional wrestlers do cocaine? Jake Roberts even did crack, the shittier, cheaper knockoff!

  6. I usually agree with Jim, but Adorable Adrian was one of the best characters in history. I was in my early teens and my friends and i watched and talked wrestling all the time and LOVED the ridiculousness of Adorable Adrian he was totally over. That character was epic and as far as I'm concerned Adrian is more of a man for doing and making that character work. A true legend. I did hear he was a bully and eventually had an ass kicking from someone and Spivey happened to be the guy.

  7. This season of DSOTR is the weakest. None of the episodes have caught my attention in any way. I watched the first two seasons twice all the way through but it seems the subjects arent interesting anymore

  8. This episode and the Butcher episode highlight an issue with the show. It seems like they want to focus on one moment (the butcher and Hannibal; Adonis and the car crash) but they need to provide all of the context so it results in a disjointed, uneven product
