  1. Bobby Heenan was who gave Virgil his name in both WWF and WCW. He suggested Virgil as a Dusty rib and everyone loved it. When they brought him to WCW, Bobby was already there. I think it was Dibiase who said “hey Bobby you named him last time, what’s his name this time?”

    “Vincent.”

  2. I love that a condolences/reflection for Virgil became a cheap plug for Raycon, and that Brian actually played along this time instead of the classic "NOOOOOOOO….." to Jim. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

  3. Anyone from Pittsburgh will tell you that it wasn’t uncommon to see Mike around pittsburgh, West Virginia & Ohio at conventions & whatnot. He was always up for a conversation. He would be at the Rogers, Ohio flea market a lot during the summertime. Was always up for talking wrestling & just shooting the breeze.

  4. As much as I love this show, this ad transition was in poor taste. That would be like if they were talking about the Holocaust and then Brian says, “But speaking of gas ovens…”

  5. Him breaking away from Ted DiBiase and earning his freedom could’ve and should’ve elevated him to main event status, but unfortunately he just didn’t have what it took to make it.

  6. Met Virgil years ago at a wrestling convention in Toronto. Asked him about his favourite wrestling memory and he replied 'WWF made you and WCW paid you.'
