  1. I think it was classy WWE Announced Jay's passing on NXT & last Friday on Smackdown especially since he NEVER wrestled for them!
I understand that Jay sent the Tweet, but Mark didn't & I 🙏 he stays in the business & there NOW shouldn't be any reason Mark Broscoe cannot be on TNT or TBS (very awful 😞 circumstances) but whomever this Executive is absolutely has No Heart, No Compassion or Care what THE FANS WANT & what someone who suddenly PASSES AWAY DESERVES!!! This was from a week ago but I've been so 💔💔💔 I couldn't even be on Twitter or anything! I am 🙏🙏🙏 for his entire family now especially his 2 daughters that were in the accident!!! N again I 🙏 Mark comes back to wrestling as I don't think Jay would want him to retire bc of what happened even though it will be EXTREMELY difficult & strange being on his own.
Anyone else feel when one of our wrestlers pass away it almost feels like a family member?

  2. I never listen to Cornette. I must admit, I really don't like the guy or his opinions about wrestling. However, I wanted to hear what he had to say about this. And damn, even not being the biggest fan of the Briscoes (I just discovered them from their work in AEW's ROH), this hurts a lot. It's so noticeable how legit Jim's emotions are about this. I think this is the kind of stuff that makes us human.

So thank you Jim for sharing this with us.

  3. I stopped watching and listening to the podcast on wrestling a while ago because I just wasn't a fan anymore. I don't follow so closely anymore but as soon as I heard about this, a week after it happened, I knew I had to see if it was true…And listening to JC, I knew that he was a huge fan of FTR and The Briscoes…I'm truly gutted by this passing.
    Stay strong, friends.

  4. i grew up in north Delaware. Bear specifically. Right outside of New Castle and Newark. I knew of the Briscoes when ECW was still around. The name became its own thing. Two good ol boys from slower lower. And fuck me if you are from the area you know the phrase. These guys lived my dream as a kid.. RIP Jay. this hit me harder than most. Almost like a family member. I followed the home town boys with ROH, Impact… all of that shit. This is like a childhood friend passing. fuck man.

  5. WBD should be ashamed of themselves for being such disrespectful hypocrites 1. For not letting the Briscoes one of the best tag teams to ever grace the sport of pro wrestling but 2. Not letting Tony Kahn televise a tribute show for this man for his fans and friends to say goodbye and pay their respects all because of a comment he made over a fucking decade ago that he manned up and sincerely apologized for on his not like some bullshit apology someone made them do or say "Hey you need to do this for your career" like that bullshit apology Vince made Warrior give when he disrespected that kid no Jamin did it on his own. Yet Sammy Guvara made sexist comments and still gets to be on tv, all the drug and alcohol charges and trouble Jeff Hardy been in got to be on AEW oh and let's not forget WBD allowed a child grooming abusive pedophile criminal stay under contract to play a superhero of all fucking things a superhero that kids look up to. That's a double standard by a hypocrite company

  6. I got the privilege of meeting the briscoes bros when I ran into them at a Walmart in Delaware. They took the time to chat with me about wrestling and took a selfie with me and my stepson. Jay almost hit me with his cart and I told him I woulda sold it if he did.
