Jim & Brian I wanted to inform you on the Hannibal situation. I'm from Ontario Canada.
What basically happened with "custody of his parents" means his parents put up a pile of money like bail. They are responsible for him, they're acting as "a surety" for him.
They make sure he's in for the curfew, that he appears in court, and whatever else is laid out. Could be no drinking etc.
IF he breaks any of these things, like not home by 11, they are required to phone it in. If they don't and he breaks any of the stipulations, he's immediately put back in jail and his parents lose the money they put up.
I had to do this for a cousin, he broke curfew once. I went down to the local watering hole, grabbed him by the neck and brought him home.
Next day he disappeared, so I phoned it in otherwise I'd be out 10k.

I never would have guessed that the guy who runs the Hannibal TV was just some yahoo who ran around hurting people. I only watched his stuff for his Al Snow interviews. Couldn't stand anything not related directly to Snow.
