@PT: Rebuilds are a myth the way FA works now. It's a holdover from before FA when every team slowly built through the draft and almost every player retired with the team that drafted them. A good GM can build a whole new team for you in a single offseason. Just look at the Redskins. Good coach too and you can even establish a culture in about half a season. The Jets' problem is Woody. No one proper wants to work for him because he meddles and has fired all sorts of people prematurely over the years.He just fired Joe Douglas, a widely respected man in the NFL. I'm amazed Woody was able to hire even him. He's far too good for Woody.
