My husband is a risk taker. We are opposites. It's like pulling my teeth to risk throwing money away. He has to sneak buy scratchers 😄
State of California never had a "Roll down" Lotto. After this man explained what he did one can see why lotteries don't do this anymore. I have a mathematics degree and the ONLY lottery system I ever had was solving the algorithm placement of winning scratcher tickets when the lottery first came out in 1985. I would buy up 500 to 1000 scratchers then scratch off the areas where the winners were located then return the unscratched tickets to the store where I purchased them for a refund. Back then one could return unscratched tickets; can't now. Then I would redeem the winners at another store. It worked until the tickets were sold with the legal condition that once sold, gone for good from the store, whether one scratches them or not.
Who has that kind of money to invest/gamble with? They spent $18Million on lottery tickets?? yikes…I remember the MIT story too…Group gambling/investing…athese people have big money to begin with…and they’re investing it…But I love the stories about little poor person who buys ONE TICKET and wins Millions…

Instead of putting that money aside for their grandkids college education they probably should have invested in the stock market. Then they would have been able to give those grandkids a lot more by the time they reached college age.

I saw the film Jerry and Marge go large and didn't know what the loophole was (because it wasn't really explained). The Australian 60 minutes explained it simply in the first minute. The rolldown is if there isn't a top winner with 6#s, it pays out to the 5,4,3 winners. A five year old could figure out it's in your favor if you just get enough tickets!
What I love about these two wonderful people is they didn't keep it to themselves they shared with others.

And I want those trust administrators to stop shoving work college and sit down my throat that they think that I can do now that it's going to make me happy that it's going to satisfy me now that was so long ago now what I want because my daughter and I are terminally ill my family is unstable because of negligent trust administrators I want to hear you tell the people tell the people how you wronged me when I turned 18 I should have gotten a huge chunk of money I didn't I've never received a penny off of all my earnings you want to talk about retirement you want to talk about investing into long-term securities I don't have that kind of time the clock is taking time is running out we were poisoned from water and you know about it my child was wrongfully detained you knew about it I believe and I feel like a prisoner of a war that has gone on for far too long with these trust administrators for those who who do not cherish our children take care of them regardless if they are mentally disabled or not any treasury that is getting to take in an account hold all of somebody's money never allowing them to touch it unless they say so is wrong it is wrong I don't care if you only released on a bank card or a prepaid card the money I have been awarded through settlements or retirement or anything like that you guys have the ability to do it you know my name Lucinda Corral is the beneficiary of trust 142 within that trust there are 24 other trust funds The Oasis trust being one of them I want one of you stand up say my name be accountable you trust administrators I want your information I want each one of you so that I can hold each one of you accountable I believe there's already been fraud charges and everything else filed in relation to some of my questions I will not allow you to keep using my money and turning it into dark money or being unaccountable for the starving Americans or the middle class people or the people trying to get by in America who can't even afford a loaf of bread or one banana or a $7 bottle of Medicine I'm not I know we can put things under my trust like homes cars assets I mean don't you guys have all that under my trust accounts after all I know that to be true Also let's talk about these assets what is the worth of those assets what is my taxable income my taxable gross income can you tell the nation that do you even want to accounts I should not be homeless I should not be hungry my children should not be in the same situation and and if you want to throw the blame about jobs I worked while I could I applied for Social Security when I should have gotten it and I was denied now I wouldn't apply for any of those things not student loans not grants not any of that because I shouldn't have to I have money but because you guys choose to hold that money you want me to apply for it in ways I feel or fraudible are misleading because somebody with that kind of money and that kind of taxable income does not need to apply for a loan they do not need to apply for Grants those things are set aside and used for people who really need them in those positions I'm not interested in going back to school I'm interested in helping people while I still can while I still got life within me while I still live and breathe it is not for you guys to tell me how I spend my personal income or my money from those accounts or my dividends it is your guys's responsibility to make sure that I get them you guys haven't done that neither have the banks as a shareholder I've never had a say people make my decisions for me I can't make a bad choice when I never had a choice and I will not continue to stand by watch you feed yourself with Loaves and loaves of bread and never break that bread and feed the hungry children I will not stand by and watch this keep happening the amount of money you guys waste or you use for Unnecessary needs and want to call them needs I have seen how you guys manipulate manipulate and create faults narratives for people to believe regardless of who's doing it I know that my phone is monitored I know that there is nothing I do say that is not recorded that you guys do not see within be enough money mine at work last time I checked was 18 points something trillion dollars in climbing so again why am I broke why are my community members struggling why is anybody struggling because because trust administrators have used my money and my trust funds for far too long now they need to start answering questions because I'm going to make sure what is mine is a also a part of the Nations I'm going to try to level out this playing field not just for the rich not just for the wealthy I'm talking about raising minimum wage putting more single parents on salary if it enables them to be able to know that they're always going to have that amount of money so that they can pay their bills and still get what they need to done and sure Pharmaceuticals are nice we don't need to raise any prices on Pharmaceuticals we need to figure out which ones they are poisoning us with them which ones are working and which ones are not which ones are just a pill and mislabeled we want to talk about the War on Drugs we want to talk about covid these are all things that they weaponize against us monkey pox covid so many others that they have controlled that they have weaponized and used against their own people that is sad I'm not just saying it I know it you guys are not God's your humans too stop trying to play God with me or anything that's got to do with me it is not right allow me in a few good Americans to do some of the jobs that you guys have not been able to oh I'm not talking about we want to become Senators will allow you guys to be senators or will allow you guys to sit in the government and do what you do but we do not need the government to be my trust administrators anymore yes that scares you you know why because I support this country that is why it scares you that's why you don't hear him talking about it well it's time for American night to talk about it because we've got to figure some things out and we've got to figure some things out that is going to work not work for only me but work for millions of Americans we've we've got to do it because they have refused to do it they have refused to work with us or work with me so now I'm asking for the American people to work with me to help me figure this out not for Only the Good of my family but for your family and every American family for the nation because the s*** they're putting out don't make sense
And anyone who is upset with the things that I have said or what I'm trying to do well then maybe that's because you're the one doing something wrong not me you see how many times can someone ask for help before they need to realize they're not going to get it and need to try to find help somewhere else transparency and truthfulness is something we demand is something I demand I'm not going to settle for anything less
Well I've not played the lottery but I know that I have these trust funds I know that I'm the beneficiary to them again it started out with just 142 as one of them that is a trust account that is set up for a juvenile with no legal Guardians which is how the government become my trust administrators
If my uncle Archie Could See Me Now and my grandma I bet they're smiling and every time that you try to bully me remember I hear them saying Cinda well at least if they're picking on you then they're leaving someone else that can't handle it alone I guess they were right about that
And somebody should have reminded them fear and intimidation doesn't work with this little girl you can't take a child have her brutally raped as a very young child and think that she's going to fear much else in life that is ridiculous there is nothing anyone could do to me that I haven't been through so if you're about fear and intimidation or threatening me well then so be it don't talk about it be about it because I have faith in God I trust in him when I didn't know if anyone could hear me see me he was always there he will always be there for me I've had my right Stripped Away Stripped Away to paralyze me I've had my rights to bear arms taken so that I can't defend me or my children there's been so much abuse so much rape so much imprisonment so much neglect that I can prove doctors and government has sat by and watched be done as well as FBI agents and other people that is not okay with me in fact it sickens me sickens me
And those people who want to turn me into a terrorist who want to say I threaten America well I think Americans are smarter than that I think that they know who are being domestic terrorists you see you can't be trust administrators and then question why when I go to you guys and ask questions why I'm there doing it after all you guys are my trust administrators who am I supposed to ask who am I supposed to ask questions to oh it was you guys want those positions you want it use me as you see fit and keep me quietly buried in a shallow grave four people to walk on as you see fit
And don't get this wrong I'm not taking this out on those people just sitting up there trying to tell a story trying to share what they can I'm posting because I'm blocked from posting on those things especially in Senate hearings and other places where I need to be posting so anytime I see a comment place you might get some venting from me I apologize if it's not something you want to hear and not something you're interested in I'm just trying to get my story heard try to get people asking the questions that I've been asking so that we can get help because as a nation and as a country we have the ability to help ourselves I have the ability if I like I've said if I can support the government I can support America then I can damn sure do it with different trust administrators that will work with me and that will work with Americans who are looking out for the true best interests of Americans
