I made 20m OSRS in DMM in a very short time. My trick is to go straight to Port Sarim, mage seagulls til level 37 for Fally Tele, then buy feather packs for 2gp/feather, then sell at GE for 5gp/feather. Takes no prep or skill, all you have to do is turn Player Indicators on and smash that teleport button whenever someone is inside or within 5 steps of the building entrance.
