  1. Hello there Q8 pilot sir great stream as always, may i have your advice for this addon sir? I'm currently looking to buy a weather product for my X-plane, and as i have been watching your XPlane stream diligently I understand that you use Active Sky and have commended it greatly. My question is, how would you recommend visual XP as alternative option sir? I see that it has its own cloud, atmo, and sea feature. Not to mention its also cheaper than active sky. I hope you can help me decide sir, because your input has always been important for me and I just want to spend the money wisely on this and get the best value of it sir.. what i'm looking for is weather add ons that would display the weather as accurate as possible with transition as smooth as possible whether on departure enroute and arrival. Texture, Scenery, and lighting can come second but it'd also be very nice if I could have both. Thank your for reading my long comment and i hope you dont mind and give me your best advice. Regards sir

  2. Yes, there's no question about it, the OrbX TE scenery for XPlane is superior to that of the MSFS default scenery if you are looking for REALISM. The colour matching with the OrbX scenery is very close to the real world as is the scenery itself. For me, MSFS's default scenery looks more like it was created for gaming rather than a proper simulator whereas the OrbX TE scenery looks closer to an actual simulator with more emphasis on accuracy and realism. My biggest disappointment over the last few years was the abandonment by OrbX of their True Earth range and lack of continuous support with the XPlane 11/12 simulators.
