  5. I think anytime we update our homes, I feel it always helps! But again I’m not a realtor!?! I’m wanting to know the answer, because we have redone every room in our 135 year old cottage in Louisiana!!! Fingers crossed 🤞

  13. Isn’t it amazing what curtains can do? Elise I’m so so happy for you. You have a good sense of what is going to bring value. My husband and I have bought and sold nine homes and I touch every one of them. But I will tell you, I always think of future buyers when I am upgrading and updating… Since we know, we’re never goning be in a house for the rest of our lives… Well, now we might because we’re in our 60s, lol…I think it’s really smart to keep it neutral and make the feeling of the home more upgraded… You definitely did that with this house. You have an incredible eye! So excited to see the new place!❤

I think that you did a fantastic job with the laundry room and was so happy to hear that the renovations that you made to make the house more enjoyable for you increased the price value of your house. Glad you made an offer on your dream home even though you are not optimistic. You made a fair offer within your budget and we will see how it plays out. I hope that you are pleasantly surprised 🥰

  29. I'm not surprised that you have increased the value of your house with all the many and thoughtful renovations you undertook. Your home is utterly charming and, when the time comes, will easily find a happy buyer. I really hope your offer is accepted but, if not, you will find something else just as nice. Also absolutely loved the collection! Most of your outfits were giving French vibes — tres classique.
