What a cool idea for a vid! Great stuff man, how about a deck which aggressively plays chrome host seedshark? Love that card and the incubate mechanic but I just cant make it work 😢

re: that comment you made about bad cycles: at least the green defiler is commander playable. I'd say that the mythic cycle of "soul of" cards from M15 is a bit sadder. I didn't play magic back then but I'd bet none of those cards was playable either

The four drop exhibition was awesome! This and mono red draw have been my favorite recent videos by far. They are good decks with cheap land bases and most of the rares are good, staple cards that are safe crafts. Always love to see CGB versions of the top BO1 decks!

This style of video is fantastic
imho the only playable defiler is Defiler of Vigour, aka 5 mana green 6/6 trample with all your creatures get a +1/+1 counter when you play a green permanent spell (which to be fair, is basically all monogreen does/has lol)

That statue deck used to be my rakdos oni cult anvil deck. Meathook massacre made it incredibly strong before DMU came out
