  1. Man Brother that is one heck of a nice Gantry Crane you have access to in regards to your chain sliding incident , you should keep a eye out for those inexpensive tow straps they are usually Yellow with a Loop on one end and a metal hook on the other iโ€™ve seen them9n Ebay and usually pick them up at Flea Markets and SwapMeets those would be good for lifting bodies with those types of Chainhoists typically i find them in various lengths and iโ€™ve used them on all kinds of projects from lifting boat engines to strapping items down using ratchet straps and Come Alongside FYI i have a lot of hobbies and basically iโ€™m a DIYer with lots of Redneck Engineering i like your approach to this build itโ€™s a Unique way of going about this build most guys i know that use the S10 Chassis Swap unbolt it from the donor vehicle and go about it hat way similiar to the method we used to do using the older GM K Trucks and many of the late 60s through late 70s larger Passenger cars like the Impalas , Monte Carlos ,G 20Vans etc , i kind of miss those days when everything was built on Frames

  2. 3,500 NOT REALLY, You mean you work for free? The biggest thing that bugs me about these video's is now "people" will come to us that work in the industry and say build me my car it shouldn't cost more then $3500 I seen a guy do it on you tube!
