Thats pretty much the only good thing in the game, considering it's still in beta hopefully it will get better, clunky animation, scuffed A.I, music underwhelming, tho some sound design is good. Still shows quite the promise, I hope it will not end up as just a quick cash grab game…
More than likely the messages just got queued by the game. (the few minutes he had it on would have got hundreds of messages)
A good developer would have foreseen this though and just ended that queue list when he turned it off.
A good developer would have added further options on which messages should be played with Text-To-Speech.

Not a bug, TTS reads from the initial login from the last time you clicked the TTS off; so ANY chat between the initial login and the TTS turn off, it'll read until it reaches the point you turned off the TTS in chat. LOL
