Israeli jetfighters on Saturday destroyed a 14-story residential building in central Gaza amid continued fighting with Palestinian group Hamas in Gaza, Anadolu has learnt.

Several other buildings were also targeted by the Israeli warplanes across the blockaded strip including residential buildings and public facilities.

Iyad al-Bozom, spokesman of the Gaza-based Interior Ministry, said Israeli warplanes carried out hundreds of airstrikes on different targets across Gaza.

According to Hamas, its surprise attack was in response to the desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque and increased settler violence. It said it fired rockets and captured many Israelis.

In response, the Israeli army initiated a “large-scale operation to defend Israeli civilians against the combined attack.”

  1. Honestly, screw both sides including Iran.
    I am tired of this bullshit. Both sides need to chill with their religion and their stupid territory.
    HUMAN LIVES ARE MORE IMPORTANT.
    You want to live like savages and want to be stuck in your stone age era then by all means go for it. However, leave the US out of your bullshit. No American life needs to be lost.

  3. I pray for all the innocent muslims. I know muslims are mostly good people. But to all those that support Hamas hiding them in mosques or amongst their homes you will be eradicated no mercy

Verse from the Torah (God to Moses after leading the Jews to safety from Egypt/the parting of the sea) – ‘This land for which I have provided shall be my peoples land and their belonging forevermore. Many will take and many will give. But my people shall remain in this place forevermore’. ‘For these are your people’.

    Long live Israel and the Jewish people. Anyone still questioning who’s land it is or who the real natives of this land are? It’s the Jews. Argument closed.
