The KG on the map for the island means it is too heavy to move and live on.
This looks like a really cool game but I doubt my potato of a graphics card could run it.
Snap mode is R it tells you in the left hand bottom corner Z
By the way there was a snapping mode bottom left it's "R" on the keyboard
The removing Corruption part reminds of the game Animallica. That's the core of the game removing corruption from the land. Too bad it was never finished.
I don't complain a lot, yet I do sometimes. But you read the comments, and you know your way to mess with us. That's part of the fun. 😉

Love all Z1 content. Aloft is another Amazing game
The game looks amazing but so far gameplay is starting to look repetitive and I'm unsure of it's ability to keep a player engaged or it's replay value.
Those are the only reasons I haven't purchased it yet
If you click on what looks like a pencil next to the items name (like "Wood Chest") can you rename it something more appropriate?
Next time you find a key you should see if you can make it with the sketch book
you really don't need moer than 1 of each tool they just clutter up the inventory. But you CAN dismantle them for the parts.

It makes me wonder if the game will allow you to sketch corrupted items? I'm just curious. LOL!
Habitat's will almost always be bird houses… I've yet to find one that wasn't. Also, if you hold the book in your hand, the bird houses will outline red, just like the corrupted trees.
Hold R to recycle things

You can also sketch all the pieces of the stone towers to get the stone building pieces
An island symbol with KG in it indicates that the island weighs too much to move. So you can't make it into an airship no matter how many float, rudders, or sails you install on them.

in the demo planks came from the sawmill there where a couple on the corrupted island next to the island that you made your base. also the spyglass will tell you if you have visited an island or if there are any knowledge stones or anchors you have missed
