Isaiah 9:6-7
The Prince of Peace
In this Season of Advent we move from the Hope we have in Christ to considering the Peace that He brings. Isaiah says that He will be called the Prince of Peace. What does His peace entail? Certainly Paul tells us that we have “peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ”. We can only have this peace because Jesus is the warrior Prince ready to defeat Satan himself to win our peace with God.
