wouldnt you want the eod deadline day to last a little bit after release (26th) ? why would they end eod on the day of release of the new wipe.

I’ve been noticing for a long time, that BSG usually plans their events based on holidays. In Russia we have new year holidays for a week since 29-30th, and for some people it’s since 31st.
They want people to jump on Tarkov and have time to play so I think wipe on 30th is realistic solution.

Thanks for all your work, man. On the issue of releasing arena in waves, Nikita did mentioned this in the latest TarkovTV Live. He mentions it at the 1:06:20 mark. I'm guessing this is the source of all those rumors.

If arenas first wave comes on the 14th then no way everyone is gonna have access to arena by the end of december theres too many og EOD players they gotta take care of first i say everyone will have access by late January

every wipe i want to play tarkov again but the grind is so long , and u keep running into cheaters speed clearing loot while u are a poor lvl 20
Interesting, although I think from a business perspective, it would make more sense to have the sale of EOD end a few days after wipe. Maximise the influx of new accounts during the new wipe hype by dangling FOMO over the fence sitters. All the content creators will be saying "Buy eod now, last chance forever" at the same time as everyone is hyped about the wipe. So it is entirely possible for a boxing day wipe followed by a few days of gamer hype then final marketing push for EOD. I guess time will tell..
I have the 22nd through the 28th off so that would be PERFECT!

Im brand new to tarkov and pc gaming in general and learning mnk and this incredibly detailed game at the same time has been so frustrating yet so rewarding when i finally get a successful extraction. Cant wait for my first wipe.
If that's true it sucks cuz I sold my alpha account and bought a new one this week.
