My narcissistic mum changed for around 7 months after minimal contact for a year or two, then back to what it was. It hurt so much when it happened, it was like getting betrayed and played again… Grey rock to stay in contact seems to work…

One man's NDE revealed to him how his actions and words affect others. God showed him how we're all connected and how the man's actions are hurting so many. In his story the man described himself as a malignant narcissist, without using that term but described All the traits. After his death experience, he Still had all the traits and raged even more that somehow he was supposed to change; now Knew the importance of changing his ways and that pissed him off. 😂 "You can lead a horse to water …"
Jesus, lift me out of my debts and provide me financial stability. As a single mother things are hard on me. I’m broken hearted. My husband passed years ago. I’m alone. Both of my sons are autistic and require so much from me. I’m constantly struggling to provide for them. Why me Lord. My life has always been a struggle from being abused as a child to not having a family like most folks. Father God hear my prayers. I’m ashamed as I constantly struggle to pay my bills and I constantly struggle to provide groceries for my sons. Please Jesus bless me with a job opportunity that allows me to provide abundantly for my children. I will keep faith even though I want to give up. Please hear my Father. ❤
Why don’t they seek therapy? How do you convince them to get help?
Narcissist´s are sinking ships. Are there exceptions? Sure but very, very few. As a general rule they are lost causes.

You hand them over to God and they are handed over to the desires of their flesh. I do believe anyone can change, however, it is that individual’s willingness to change, first identifying and accepting there is a need for change. And that’s where God can do the impossible, when the other party is open to receive His healing and relinquish control over to Him.
1 Timothy 4:1-2
The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron.
That “some” are narcissists, key word abandon. They abandon God, themselves and everyone! God gives them a chance every single day He allows them to open their eyes, but like Pharaoh they don’t listen and believe God does eventually hand them over to a reprobate mind. Can a narcissist change? Yes and no. I go back to the answer will always ride on the individual taking accountability and asking for help. They know what they’re doing, BUT choose the wrong path willingly.

There is nothing impossible for God. Anything is possible with Lord. Only society limit God with assumptions.
God changed my mother (covert malignant narc). He humbled her with Leukemia and she’s truly a different person now. Not perfect, but we have a good relationship and she stopped persecuting me. She even apologized for the past and does now if she messes up. God is helping me be patient and long suffering with her. It’s really profound and someday I plan to write about this. I prayed for her to heal for years and years. Praise God!

My mum died a few weeks ago. I was her full time caregiver and she lived with me. She had treated me badly all my life, ( I'm 52 ) and there had only been healing in the last year or so. I know she's with The Lord now, and I've thanked him over and over again. She was responsible for most of the trauma in my life whether directly, ( abusive, physically, emotionally, and with holding love, and attention, breaking up friendships and interfering in my relationships.) Or indirectly… I chose what I thought I was worth, which was little to nothing and as a result married 2 highly narcissistic and abusive men. There were many times while she was living with me that I wanted to run screaming from her life, but I firmly felt that it was the right thing to do to look after her in her old age. ( she had nobody else ). Now that she's gone, my whole identity is in restructuring stage, as I'm not quite sure what to do next. I'm glad I did the right thing by my mum even though it hurt like hell sometimes, I was forced to sit at the table with my Judas and learn what true sacrificial love is. That is not to say that I'm recommending it, because nobody has ever or could ever cause me as much pain as she did. But for me, I have a clear conscience knowing that I did what was right at the time. God was changing my mum, but what I really had to learn was that I needed to change, and leave her to God. I set and held positive boundaries with her, and I held her responsible for her poor behaviour. I will take what I've learned from this experience into the future and new relationships. God can change a narcissist, if they are willing to change themselves. He won't force them. I had my husband removed by the police 3 years ago for narcissistic abuse and because he didn't want to change. My mum did, and for the first time in my life, I felt like I had a mum who loved me❤ Everyone's circumstance is different, and it took me being willing to go through more pain with her to see a healing result.
My wife left me and the kids and dogs before Christmas. In those few short months, she has gotten huge implants, new car, multiple trips and is now on dating websites, all before an official separation. She yelled at me in front of kids that i’m a narcissist. So I started researching and when videos started stating that if i’m currently watching and learning about narcissism, I’m most likely NOT a narcissist! I realized she is! We’ve been praying and crying daily since she left. she even stated the bible is outdated, the 10 commandments are my rules, and there’s no afterlife…It would break my heart tremendously to see her with another person. I would still take her back and forgive her…please pray for us, for her to not be a narcissist anymore and for her to return to the family, especially the kids. people telling me i would be crazy to take her back, but 21 years is a long time. it’s just the last couple years she made good money and her work friends are all into drinking and recreational stuff and i’m not…Again your most powerful prayers please! I’m hoping for a miracle…God Bless you all!!!

Interesting. I was just thinking how the narcissist in my life has behaviors and emotions like a child and I've always thought they were redeemable. The problem right now is that she's in strong denial. I keep thinking if God can somehow break them down through threat of loss. She has very bad boundaries and I have very clearly defined and healthy boundaries so I just keep staying in my lane demonstrating healthy boundaries and by responding with grace love and patience when she loses it and has a narcissistic moment. Amen to the toxic tolerance.
So I think my stbx is a combination of the three. But he has self-righteousness and religion mixed in, too.
He takes a sick joy in trapping others in their lies, even setting traps for the children, or even the adults in his life.
He doesn’t see what he's doing as abusive, because as the head of the house, he believes it's his duty to bring everyone into obedience at all costs. He doesn’t think a husband can rape his wife because he owns her. He believes he can have a second wife because the bible doesn’t forbid it.
He has definitely gotten worse with age, cracking down harder, being relentless in demanding praise and obedience, and twisting God's word. He believes he's a prophet warning of death and destruction and the end of the world, and that God is vengeful and speaks to him.
Before it was easy to just nod and move on, but it's gotten scary lately. I finally left.
I think my Mom is mild Narcissist. She definitely had some destructive habits that she scapegoated and enabled also. I think it was from generations of trauma and dysfunction. And dysfunctional family systems that scapegoat. She also lies says she doesn’t say things she says. Dismisses your feelings.
All things are possible with God including changing a Narcissist!
Firstly, the statement “all things are possible with God” is inaccurate, God can not lie, He does not tempt, He does not sin, He does not repent,He can not deny Himself, His glory and His word. NB: the last one, He can not deny His own word.
What most Christians fail to realise is that the Narcissists become who they are ultimately because of God’s judgement on them.
The Narcissist is a liar and fake, he has a false appearance and his blinded in his grandiosity and God has given him over to himself another way to say this that God has given him a strong delusion to believe his lies because he has suppressed the truth for so long (conscience is seared) the lie becomes his truth.

The ultimate Narcissist is the Devil and the sin of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is to revile Christ and the works done by His Spirit through us, His children. The Narcissist reviles God.

No.. The demon is in the genetics, they know what they are doing. They are created for one reason, to destroy. God allows them to live because he is God but he will also pit later.
Because of sin, all of us worship ourselves. When the Holy Spirit gives us the gift of faith in the sole righteousness of Christ, we start to worship God instead of ourselves.
A person with NPD cannot change, they can only manage their symptoms, they truly get worse over time. As they get older, it becomes more difficult for them to maintain their false ego. The truth is they have no ego, they have what is called a false ego and they have what is called cold empathy. They are barely human.
God can do anything. If He hits them over the head hard and long enough, maybe they'll get it. Doubt it. Prayed decades for several and they still choose to be the same way. Won't put myself through their abuse.
Pray for my husband too..he is not responsible and wants to ran and don't gave me money back,even I need ,he is taking mine
