  1. To purchase a policy on another person, you must have their consent while simultaneously proving that their loss could put a negative strain on your current financial situation. So is you didn't consent then they can't take that policy out

  3. It truly is the best accidental “slap back in the face” to Mackie if Mark just goes: “Anthony Mackie? Well, I don’t know who that is.”

  4. You can't take out a policy on someone without them knowing, and you must be able to show insurable interest, which is proof that you'll suffer financially if they die. To purchase a life insurance policy on someone else, you must prove financial interest between both parties.

  5. who the fuck is the beneficiary?? I'd demand more info, and refuse the check up? Evan needs to know something about this?? Who's paying for the insurance? You need to ask your lawyer about it immediately

  6. Ok… For some reason I would have thought you already had life insurance? I hope you at least have some kind of will. Mr Mark "I'm not a masochist, I just want to see how much my body can handle" Iplier

  7. I’m not gonna tell anyone what to do, but if I was in Mark’s situation I would get a lawyer to look into who took out the policy, because they most probably forged Mark’s signature and that’s obviously a crime. Plus them getting in legal trouble would set an example for any other fuckleheads stupid enough to try.
