  2. Pick up the pace when speaking. The ideas are good but remember that the average youtube attention span for subject-interested users is between 5-7 min.
    Start your presentation with an outrageous point of view or make your idea seem provocatory while at the same time having a seed of truth, then start explaining it with concrete facts. After 5 min crate a low point with your stories, then a high point with another outrageous point of view. Repeat this method for a maximum of 4 times. Also, make your videos shorter, or else the users will get wise to your scheme. Good luck!
