The New World mmo being released by Amazon Game Studio (AGS) has hit us with some disappointing news by telling us they’re looking to implement an in-game cash shop that would effectively turn the game in to a Pay-to-Win MMO before its even been released.

If you care about this game or any game within the MMO Genre then now is the time to speak up. These are the kinds of game decisions that ruin MMOs and turn playing them in to a living nightmare. We all want good games and if you want those good games you have to be willing to fight for them whether it works out in your favor or not.

Anyway hope you enjoy the video even if this is not what we want to hear.

  3. Yeah, it's sad they introduced those QoL items for testing before the game is released.

    I read in reddit and steam a lot of players are refunding their copy. It's sad, but on the bright side now those who haven't refunded have a chance to get into the alpha test.

    when you mentioned about the memories you had during the preview. It reminded me of the friends and memories I made during the WoW EU closed beta back in 2004. Those were great memories.

    I hope New World/AGS don't screw this up because I really want this game to succeed. I had so much fun in the preview, the joy of exploration, questing and combat , everything was awesome.

  4. Its the same as everywhere else.
    They don't give a wet turd about the time or loyality of the players.
    They don't care how many people playing the game or for how long they play.
    As long as the money is coming in it doesn't matters.
    Corporations are the filth of the earth.

    I wanted to play it for the crafting, they can suck my nuts. Won't buy it.
    Crafting will be completly pointless.
