🤔 NEW HERE? 🤔
Hi! My name is Christopher Odd and I’ve been playing video games on the internet for a few years. I really enjoy a variety of games but generally lean towards games with a unique and engaging story (Bioshock, The Witcher, Cyberpunk 2077, The Last of Us etc), strategy/roguelike games (XCOM 2 War of the Chosen, Darkest Dungeon, etc), and RPGs (Dark Souls, Elden Ring, Dragon Age, etc). Of course, I am always looking for great indie games too!

  1. Small tip for 32:20 : after the tackle on the last guy during an ambush skip your turns until the tackled guy stands up. He will not act and you get cooldowns + energy from skipping. This makes tackle available much sooner to get you out of a bind in the future.

  2. For Anyone playing this, would you recommend it at full price for lovers of stories and turn based games with loot etc. Also do the choices have any real impacts? Much love and thanks

  3. I think you did the right thing regarding the Whisperers. Why risk resource and injury for what looked like no real gain? The only thing they might have is the Maintenance Key card but without evidence I don't think it is worth it until after the trial is complete. Can't say I'm surprised "Mama" didn't turn out to be the real thing. Elvis was probably a test tube baby from the hints. Curious about the conversation Jade had with though. Mahdi doesn't seem put of or surprised with Jade having a glove which is suspicious. If Jade was Zen's sister you think Mahi would be a bit angry at having a First Family member here. Poor Elvis is just surrounded by women keeping secrets from him.

  4. Those trees were more XP. Also potentially a lot of rage for Diggs. The first round they would spawn an extra 4 saplings, if you positon diggs correctly they can run to him in a group and get a massive multikill with his shotgun. Ive had him get about 3 or 4 shots in one turn juet from that.

  5. Killing everything gives you both plastic and XP doesnt it? It seems worth it for me instead of ignoring the enemies…more xp= better stats=easier future fights. But i cant tell how much XP you get… Clearly the biggest chunk is from quests and not killing enemies so…

  6. Narratively wise, this is the second time Elvis has been warned about his anger, both Diggs and Mama seem overly concerned by it. Which I hope means that he hulksmashs shit up if it falls to it. Mama was very quick to disable Elvis when he was getting the rage on, didn't really try to calm him.

I'm guessing Elvis is immortal or something, and perhaps the mayor found that out somehow. Elvis seems pretty well connected to the Miasma.

I love how this game looks. It's graphics and art direction.

  7. The Maintenance Card is in the area at the beginning of the level.. not a spoiler! you not gonna be able to get it until much later when you stronger and even then you going to have a struggle. Good clean clear out of the Miasma enemies though!
