Re-upload….A video discussing the complications of full time travel.
*My name is Brian. I started living full time in a self built camper van in 2014 in my hometown of San Diego, CA. I hit the road full-time in 2015 to pursue seasonal work and travel around the U.S. I find free camping on public land and enjoy photography, hiking, biking, and kayaking in nature. Join me on my adventures.
Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the information. I’m starting my nomadic lifestyle this year . The mail info is such a game Changer
I got my full time rv’er insurance through Roamly. It is progressive insurance. I went to a local progressive office and they told me that they couldn’t insure me. But roamly did. No tickets, accidents, claims- $904/year for a 4×4 rv.
Hell yeah it's going to be illegal. Trump needs you homeless to pick our fruit. That's the plan. Buckle up Buttercups. He's gong to make homeless illegal everywhere and put you all in jail so he can fill up those spots the illegals use to fill. Hope y'all like workin' outdoors.
IDGAF what people "think," being a nomad is NOT illegal. The term 'homeless' is used to identify those that don't have a sticks & bricks, but there is no law that says anyone has to live in a sticks & bricks. And the term house does not mean that it's a box on a foundation. A house can have a foundation, wheels, wings or float (houseboat.)
NO person has the right to tell another how and where they can live…PERIOD! KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! USE YOUR RIGHTS!
Check into broad form insurance if you are just running liability, it ensures your license not your vehicle, I use Viking insurance company.
Super helpful — Q: Once you get a license out of Cali how long does (if) does that information trickle down to DMV?
everyone who struggles to afford things needs to expect they will have to work in someway, even if part-time.
But that’s actually a good thing because it gives us a sense of purpose.
I live in a Toyota sienna minivan, but I also work doing housesitting and Dog Walking.
There are so many things people can do part time. Where I live in San Diego, many people live in Vans or RVs and still work.
If you have a dog or cat, you can look for part-time jobs at maybe doggy daycare’s, groomers, veterinarians, animal shelters, etc., where possibly you can bring your pet with you.
People work at health, food, stores, co-ops, little restaurants, etc.
Bless you for sharing that information
Hey, Journey here 😊. Being a public person on social media is rough! I love incognito travel and staying nice and safe from all the keyboards warriors.
Reading all the comments would be exhausting! I see you are going into a new phase in life. Peace to you.
I would like to add that with a broad form insurance policy you are insured to drive all of the vehicles you own at the same price and any car you drive that you don't own, I'm 72 years old and I have never insured a car before I have insured my drivers license.
Also the only state that I know where you can't get it is in Oregon however your insurance card from another state is valid there.
Domicile is the proper legal term. Look up legal process cases where there is a question about which state the person “lives” in, which state is the proper venue for the case. Domicile is the correct term.
Yep, South Dakota insurance will drop you if you have a MPB aka mail forwarding.
Great information. Thanks
So let me get this straight. You want everythijg, but don't want to contribute to the system that provides everything? Scam the system that everyone else pays for?
Its absolutely not legal to have a CDL and out of state registration. The address on your registration is evidence that the officer will take for evidence.. Look up Resident on Calif Vehicle code. DMV will burn you. Vehicle and medical insurance fraud. Thumbs up!!
Thanks for sharing this info!
Income tax is a huge reason why people use South Dakota and Florida. Because of social security or pensions and/or workamping. You will lose income by paying income tax and fed tax.
Progressive has full time traveling insurance for RVers.
When you register your vehicle every year or 2 you have to put the mileage on the card. When you get it inspected they check the mileage. So if the insurance company does a little research they'll know if you're on the road a lot or in the area your address is.
I wasn't sure at first but this guy is brilliant
Hi Brian,
Thank You very much for your time and energy putting this together. I hit the road May of 2024, the things you covered are helpful to me.
The important thing to know is everyone’s vehicle registration must be up-to-date. The global government that we live in now since they are creating the 15 minute cities everywhere globally, we are no longer “free citizens“ like we’ve been told, they’re looking for every possible way to steal people’s vehicles, and if people are not up to registration, that is the first thing they do
Many nomads in California, who have not paid their registration, get kicked out of their vehicles and have them impounded by the police
I’ve known of this happening to many people in California, I live in San Diego
Two senior citizen women, one who was very sick, the police kicked them out of their vehicle knowing that was their home and they lived for over a year homeless on the streets during horrific rain storms and they were 65 and one was 70 something
The police and the government do not care about people and people need to wake up and recognize that. They are completely controlled by the evil big Pharma
I have Medicare and I could have all the free healthcare visits I want
All last year when I needed physical therapy, I paid for it on my own and I will do anything possible to avoid going to doctors or hospital
I eat, healthy, I spend more on healthy food, I use my free gym memberships with my Medicare for showering and working out
I have learned an incredible amount by watching Larken Rose, YouTube videos, but I also learned 50 years ago to never ever trust big Pharma healthcare doctors hospitals because I started watching videos and photos of the so-called admired “scientists” torturing and murdering innocent animals in experiments and making a fortune by stealing our tax dollars to do that
Our creator created beautiful, healthy bodies naturally and people should never be having vaccines or taking big Pharma poison drugs..
It used to be illegal for big Pharma to advertise on TV but with their powerful billionaire corporations they have changed laws everywhere and now they are the main advertisers on TV and they completely pay for the salaries of all mainstream news whether democrat republican independent green party, etc.
Everyone is being brainwashed if they are Believing anything on mainstream TV news stations. Because they are all complete evil setting out to divide and conquer so people don’t talk to one another to learn the truth.
Another person everyone can learn from is Rosa Koire.
She started exposing the 15 minute cities many years ago. She previously worked for the government as a forensic commercial real estate appraiser, and she discovered these billionaire corporations who own the government were using eminent domain to kick people out of their homes, not for the “greater good”, But so that they could build properties and make billions of dollars doing it.
That’s another goal is that no one will ever own homes. Rose Koire was an incredible speaker and revealed so much and sadly she died in 2021, and me and most people believe she was likely murdered because of all that she exposed.
The Whole Vanlife "movement " is to Separate people from the Land. Buy land otherwise you subject yourself to being KICKED Off or Out of Anywhere you Settle…
Co-ops are condo/apartment complexes where all costs are shared. You can do the same with friends on a small piece of property for not a lot of $$.
Great video 🤟
But can you use California Medicaid in another state if you need medical care? My adult daughter has NY Medicaid and when visiting me in California she began to get sick. I took her to see a doc but they couldn’t accept her insurance and would not even see her when I offered to pay cash. The only workaround was to go to an ER. It wasn’t so serious so we skipped the ER and she got better on her own. But it’s a pitfall. Elderly people on original Medicare don’t have this problem. Medicare Advantage might be a problem.
