  1. I got burned on my box. Luckily I had gotten some money on my bday that paid for more than half of the original launch price. I think I maybe pulled $100-150 tops in $2 or more. I got a ton of bulk rares lmao. Left me with such a bad taste in my mouth I haven't purchased a single box since. I've stuck to the occasional pack to satisfy that itch and singles like the professor always told me.

  2. Hey bro, love your content! There’s one thing that’s killing me: I assume the bottom right info on the vid is trying to say the value of the card is less than $2 for the bulk cards, so the symbol for that would be “<“ instead of “>”. So “less than $2” would be “<$2”. If I misunderstood, forgive me but it’s killing me seeing it wrong in each opening lol

  3. Damn good box!

Opened a set box last night (payed $300 cad +shipping and duty)… managed to pull the Jeweled Lotus on my last pack. Total value of the rares and cards over a $1 was over $700 cad!

Set and draft seem to almost always be worth it… the 4 packs in collectors, not so much.

  4. The pricing on boosters is what keep me away from MTG. And the number of alt-art cards that exists – it takes away from getting a solid pull when you know, "Ah I should have gotten the über-mega-borderless-manga-numbered-foil version, damn".

  5. If wizards lays off full masters sets and only does special guest slots, it could be great for this set and general card values. mythic slot special guests don’t dip the reprint value that much
