  1. The issue is terminus looks so bland and boring, like why is it so massive if they’re not gonna do anything with the space? It feels like they made it huge so they could market it as ‘the biggest round based zombies map’

  2. I really enjoyed the zombie game. It was hard without removing things like the loadout or armor. I know the hardcore zombies people will still hate on this like Mr rofflewoffle but those people can never be happy. I am having a great time.

  3. Terminus was fine map design wise, but the new cast is incredibly obnoxious and the Warzone aspects objectively weigh down the core zombies experience. Liberty Balls is just bad though. I tried match after match trying to see some positive in it but I fell asleep every single time, one time I got to Round 35 without perks and with only the default 1 plate armor before dozing off. It's still FAR too easy, even if it's nice that it's harder than CW was.

  4. I have yet to play it but off of gameplay i have seen it looks just like Cold War, which is fine, but after playing a lot of older zombies recently I realized just how much i despise the modern aesthetic. This is not in reference to map design, color, or any of that, but the technical stuff. Why do they continue to give non-boss zombies health bars? It’s ugly, distracting, and entirely irrelevant. For manglers and other bosses, it makes sense. For every single generic zombie? Unnecessary. The giant damage numbers are even more unnecessary. The health bar does not have a number to designate its total or what health an enemy is at, so why the hell does it bother giving us damage numbers if we cant see their overall health number go down? The health bar is going to go down in gradual increments if my gun is weak, or chunks if its strong, I don’t need a damage number that has zero reference points popping up in front of my face with every single shot. It’s incredibly ugly. Seeing in giant bold lettering “ZOMBIE” next to the health bar of a zombie is also obnoxious. I think when the game mode is called Zombies, it doesn’t take a lot of thought power to realize what I’m shooting is, in fact, a zombie. I think again, this is different for a boss zombie (we know in the past special enemies may have names, but due to a lack of information we don’t know them, like Insanity Elementals = Meatballs). The hitmarkers have really aged poorly too since bo4. Is there a way to disable these HUD features? I don’t know if i really want to play something I hate looking at

  5. I'm still on the fence considering how the game more than likely uses Generative AI for it's calling cards, emblems, and what have you, not to mention it being $70, but honestly if those weren't issues I'd consider giving COD another shot again

  6. I’ve beat the Easter egg on liberty falls, and just everything feels like copy and pasted from mwz just turned into round base I miss when they would actually do new creatures and not just constantly put the same boss zombies on every map just because like dealing with 10 manglers in one round with a full squad okay ya it’s difficult but it’s annoying give us more new boss zombies that are only for certain maps like how they did terminus with that three headed creature that’s good but I still don’t care for armour and what I would like back is a shield bring me back bo3 engine of zombies with these maps and I’d have a blast but I’m done with warzone impaired zombies even if it’s round based

Edit: like seriously, I’m waiting for those “Returning to MW3, is it that bad?” Videos rn

  8. Overall they did a great job my only criticism is the Enemy health is too high. They also do significantly more damage. I think that should be tweaked a bit. I dont consider that to be more difficult its faking it to me more difficult having Zombie be bullet sponges.

  9. im gonna be really honest, i just played terminus and falls earlier and the whole experience was worse than what i saw in videos, it really was not enjoyable for me, the biggest thing i couldn't take my mind off of was the horrible lighting, its like worse than cold wars post launch maps lighting

  11. For me the zombie hit reg on me feels like bo4 hit reg, if anyone remembers, youd be a foot away still gettin hit. I think the difficulty is inflated because of this, also i feel the mangler tracks you prefire and after fire the ball of light still comes for you with open arms. The mangler spam is ridiculous; i feel like they should be every 2-3 rounds with the ugly boss thing every 5. So on round 2 you get 1 mangler, on round 4 you get 2 so difficulty ramps and on round 5 you get ugly boss and 1 mangler, and rinse and repeat. That way you get a round of breathing and adjustment cause you know the next round is gonna be a bitch. Overall tho im lovin where im at, ive got a saved game on round 26 ready for me tomorrow after i wake up and hop right back in after round 30 and do it again.

  12. Too many mini boss zombies is my only real gripe. It's presumably to combat the jacked up movement as otherwise training would be too good. Got to round 41 on Liberty Falls yesterday but damn i had to work for it. If you didn't like Cold War at all, it's a huge improvement on those systems, but not different enough that you'll love it. If you like or love Cold War, this is an improvement on every level.

  13. I'm not gonna keep playing because I just teleported off the map and died due to the servers. It's not worth the hype. I'm never paying for a game where you always have to be online. DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS GUY. Dont buy it. lagging in solo zombies, and getting disconnected from the campaign is ridiculous, and there is no good reason for it

  14. I like how Treyarch looked at WWII zombies and went, "I think players really liked how when the game launched like 10 Wüstlings could spawn in one round. Let's do that but this time for the manglers! I'm sure we won't have to nerf their spawn rate just like how Sledgehammer had to!"
Jokes aside I'm loving BO6 zombies so far. The 9th prestige skin for Grey has finally given me a reason to prestige in Call of Duty

  15. I think terminus plays like a scaled up version of a bo1 map like ascension or moon. It’s honestly the best lore I’ve had since bo1-bo2 era x-files style storytelling.

I also want to make a comment about Richthofen I know you hate the Aether universe characters but as a comic book fan whose used to characters going on for 30+ years and killing it I think there is room for them to keep having story’s especially in a time travel story. That being said I think the lore implications of this Richthofen being so similarly evil to Ultimus Richthofen and so different from primus Richthofen and the young eddie character (which was non existent) I think it’s like 75% chance this version is the Ultimus versions soul in young eddies boddy.
