Who started the pursuit…..that is what people need to understand all they had to do was pull over. The police are just doing their jobs. Stolen vehicle well that says it all

Is it worth having 4 peoples life there’s 3 people in there that maybe they didn’t know it was stolen so I hope they can live with that but I forgot most cops don’t have feelings !
Take into consideration the two girls that lost their lives in this tragedy didn't know the vehicle was stolen, nor the driver was going to run from the police…
