The immediate front area of the airport is developed with office and green spaces.

City of Thando is nestled in between four main rivers meeting at its shores. Surrounded by mountains all round, the city is bathed in lush green plains in the summer months, and icy cold snow-capped mountains in the winter. The fresh waters from the mountains, coupled with the melting snow in the spring months, leads to flowing rivers and lakes on its landscapes. This is the story of a city that developed on these plains.

  6. Awesome build! Just a suggestion; idk about facing the ballpark towards the highway. I would’ve faced it toward the River. The university likely would not want to be liable for a home run being hit onto the highway and causing an accident; especially since it’s a college stadium so it’s easier to hit the ball wayyyyy out of the park. Guys have monster power these days; just a thought. Awesome build though

  13. What an amusing way to sneak in plazas and promenades a bit! All the commentary had me smiling. It was just so clever and amusing. I hope we get to see which roads you convert to pedestrian roads. Great video as always!

  16. Fantastic work SG. Watching all the pedestrians walk all the way around and down the car park when you popped the athletics stadium down, though – probably need some more footpath connections. Love that baseball stadium facing the highway. Maybe some of those bit net tower fence thingies might be in order to help cut down traffic accidents? 😁

  17. I think overall I prefer Nomasburg because i prefer hearing your commentary instead of reading it. I'd be curious to know what your planning process is – do you just find buildings that fit the spot and make it up as you go, or do you already have a good idea of what'll be where when you start building?
