Then why does Louisiana still flood so badly
Heck yes! I'm all for it. This would protect people & wildlife because marshlands are a natural barrier against hurricanes if built RIGHT & time is taken to make sure it is.
Barrier Islands need spring floods to replenish them. The Mississippi dams and Levi's are the reason the islands are disappearing.
Education Matters
This project is futile. If scientist were honest, they would affirm the destruction of all of the south east coast.
The Earth is changing. The Poles are shifting. The seas are rising as a result. Not man made.
These cycles happen over centuries and we are in experiencing these changes now.
One day, Florida, Louisiana and Houston, TX will be underwater.
