Last night I attended a private screening of The Color Purple which was held at The Writers Guild Theater in Beverly Hills. After the film a question and answer session was held on stage with several of the stars of the film. This included Taraji P. Henson, Danielle Brooks, Colman Domingo and break out star Fantasia Barrino who discussed her casting in the lead role of Celie in this personal video I recorded.
