  1. Would be great if there was more focus on camera work like focus rather than getting so unnecessarily close. You can’t even see it when they’re right at its edge.

  3. I’m confused. Is the entire video not out of focus for everyone else? Either way given the situation. Just confused because of everyone saying how amazing the shots are. The whole thing is out of focus for me and the only in focus parts were the rear view mirror and dashboard. Maybe it’s on my end.

  4. Was this a paid storm chaser tour? Or were these seasoned chasers in the vehicle? One or more of these folks seem a little on edge. "I'm never chasing again. I'm never chasing again."

I lived in Tornado Alley for decades and never had any urge to chase one–I just dove into the basement or an inside hallway when the sirens screamed. A friend was a trained spotter and he'd go up and camp on a hilltop when called out, and he said he had a couple moments of panic in the years he did it, realizing he was up there relaying funnel or tornado locations and woops–it's coming for him and he's on top of a hill with a single road going in/out and he had NOWHERE to hide. Didn't sound appealing to me.

  5. "I GOT IT UNDER CONTROL!" Famous last words. I wonder what possible control he could exert. It's just a matter time and circumstance before something goes seriously wrong.
