  6. UP should also focus on skilling it's youth. UP needs to devise a plan to open 1 Industrial Training Institute (ITI) per district specifically for Machine Learning & Advanced Computer operations. Then they can contact the various companies & ask them to tell their needs regarding what skills they are seeking in students for various job profiles. Based on that design the syllabus & operational learning of these Institutes.

    UP can replicate the Delhi NCR model with it's own State Capital Lucknow where it can develop satellite cities around Lucknow as IT & Commercial Hubs, Lucknow to remain as a Residential & Commercial Hub like Delhi while Industries & Logistic Hubs can be situated on the side of Lucknow-Kanpur Expressway. Real Estates can come up in a big way near Unnao (falling between Lucknow- Kanpur) like now what we are seeing in between Sohna & Gurgaon.

    This area can become the engine of economic growth of UP in addition to Noida- Greater Noida- Ghaziabad.

    To achieve this UP will have to skill it's population to attract companies.

    Another model which UP can replicate would be the Karnataka model (which is actually the China Model) where different places are developed based on specific industries. Plug & Play Infrastructure is created for those specific industries in specific region & only those industries for which the specific infra is created are alloted lands to set up in those specific regions.

    For eg.-
    Lucknow- Kanpur as IT, Leather, Real Estate & Renewable Energy (Solar & Wind) components hub

    Etahwa in Bundelkhand as a Defence hub & Agra as Aerospace Hub (due to close proximity of IAF- HAL owned Airport)

    Noida- Greater Noida- Ghaziabad as IT & Electronics Hub

    Meerut- Muzzafaranagar as Ethanol & other Agri based industries hub

    Bareilly as Furniture, Art & Craft Hub

    Varanasi-Prayagraj as Agro-Processing & Religous Tourism Hub- In between Mirzapur can be the Sand Stone & other resource processing Hub.

    Varanasi- Ayodhya as Spiritual Tourism Hub

    Gorakhpur as Textile & Healthcare Hub

    In my opinion, UP should implement both the Delhi NCR Model for Lucknow-Kanpur & Karnataka Model of Industry specific region development for entire UP parallely.

    Discipline.
    Finance education.
    Time management and money management.
    Vahi padhaayaa jaaye Jo life mein kam aaye .
    Then after bacchon ko unke startup ke liye ya unke ideas per government unko support de.

  18. I think we need to divide the power of Judiciary in India. If Supreme Court is taking 20 years to give judgement in case of Sewage treatment plant and that too in an area like Mumbai, then we need to add more layer of Judiciary and transfer some power to these courts. We also need to simplify the laws to make sure that simple cases don't end in courts for 10-20 years.
