People are sleeping on the kccp with mistral. If your enemy is running carrier sniping fleet, it's probably a lot of corvette (t800, levvy, cellular, nebula etc) and with these days t800 pretty much decides the win or lose of air supremacy the strategy is insanely strong with mistrals long attacking duration, so i would say it has its niches. Not the best but definitely has uses in certain comps.
