I must have missed it but how do you add workers to your buildings? Thanks for turning me on to this game though!
You probably get this question a lot, but what is your favority city builder?
Is this factory town revamped?
your foresters have nothing to cut. stop cutting and plant more.
While I'm not completely opposed to it I think I'd like it more if the workers would be partly autonomous and take care of unassigned work by themselves if not told otherwise.

been watching your play throughs looks like a lot of fun! have not played factory town yet and torn between getting this or that first.
You got 3 lazy workers hiding behind the headquarter (if you didn't already find them).
See @47:13 and follow the 3 peons, they show up again at 47:36
At this point in your playthrough you could have had the stone mason mine its own rocks. Mine three rocks then make a stone block. Thereby freeing up a couple of peons. Oops, didn't watch whole video before making my comment. Saw that the stone mason got moved to the infinite mine.
Why have 2 clothiers? And not just have multiple people working in 1?
