I've not seen anyone point out that David Koepp, one of the chief writers from Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, was one of the four who wrote this movie.

I admire the character of Indiana Jones as much as anyone else but this proves "Raiders" at least to me is the only film in the series that matters. Last Crusade was a good ending to a trilogy but the only one I personally care about is Raiders of the Lost Ark.

There was a time when I would have had my ticket already for a new Indiana Jones. Now, I keep forgetting the exact date it even comes out.
We will eventually see a biopic on Kathleen Kennedy’s career advancement and a post-mortem of her failures, all tied neatly together in a case example of the Dunning-Kruger effect.

If the plane only goes back to the Ancient Rome , then how’d they get back to the present…

Can someone explain how indiana jones going back in time helps archimedes win the war against the romans? since he was on the side of the greeks I'm assuming? how does obtaining a watch change the outcome of the battle. it doesn't make sense. So they don't explain at all what happens or if that changes history at all.
You really have to blame George at the end of the day. He sold Lucasfilm to Disney, what else were they going to do but destroy it. Did he really need 4 billion dollars at 70 years old?
Just as the nazis would have had their faces melted by the Ark of the Covenant regardless of whether or not Indy was involved, so too does this MacGuffin fail to do what the nazi badguy wants. His plan is to rewrite the events of WWII specifically, but the dial overshoots the 1940s by about 2,000 years.
While I don't underestimate the ability of Disney to wreck it, I would have genuinely enjoyed seeing an adult Wan Li (a.k.a. Short Round) in a new adventure, rather than whatever this is leading to.
‘Hollywood on the Rocks’ is sounding more and more prophetic…

I’m seeing this film next week with my Dad who showed me the original Trilogy on VHS as a kid. I’m incredibly nervous to see this movie in theaters? Since I’m a massive fan of the franchise.
