India: At Least Four Killed, 250 Injured in Violence Over Demolition Drive in Uttarakhand
At least four people were killed and 250 were injured in the Indian state of Uttarakhand in clashes which broke out over the demolition of two religious establishments in the city of Haldwani. The city has been placed under curfew, with shoot-at-sight orders issued against rioters and internet services completely shut down.
