So this has been another crazy week of action! Starship Flight Test 6 am I right? Well, we’ve got some wonderful new stuff to share on that, obviously. Incredible New SpaceX Starship Flight 6 Info/video, and potentially Great News from the FAA with the re-started revised draft tiered environmental assessment for Starbase. The future of this project is just wild and it has made many ask the question, do the rest of the players in the industry need to follow suit in order to stay relevant? On top of that, the always frantic pace of other missions launching off one after the other. What was happening monthly, then weekly, is now happening daily!

I think the antennas got damaged because the stack was pushed towards the tower by the wind a little bit, so they needed a little more of vector thrust to clear the tower. This was the first true daytime launch and before it I was asking myself if the wind speed was still acceptable. The plume of cold and heavy nitrogen is a good indicator of the wind speed and it was blowing away from the tower quite fast
Skylink …. Is a waist of time None of them are big enough to even put a satellite in high orbit…. It goes up and down thats it !!!!!!
Starship development: Engineer, "Hey Elon, we should try hot staging." Elon, "Okay, let's give it a try."
Good Stuff! We're watching a transformation of spaceflight and innovation. Also It gives a sense of scale when they need cranes to build the crane.
"Beast" of a mission. Oh hey I see what you did there. 😂
Winder if flight 7 will be in December.
The sensors on top of the tower seem anemometers. I wonder if they cancelled because they were not reading only that data or if they completely lost communication with the tower. It is quite strange that they rely only on those antennas. I think there are no antennas up there. It would be a stupid location and SpaceX has surely considered potential damage in that location.
The SLS is dead. It's just moving forward on momentum. Money has been allocated, projects started and contracts finalized. But between SpaceX as a company and DOGE as an advisory agency it's hard to see that overly expensive money hole in the sky continuing. Starships are so large, they can pretty much replace all aspects of that entire project. Especially, with the plans of a larger booster system and more powerful raptors on the horizon. SpaceX will be able to put the equivalent of the ISS in orbit in one launch. Maybe Two?!? lol🦘
Just imagine having to delay a Falcon9 launch, not because of weather, not because of regulations, not even because of a mechanical problem but because you've run out of landing drone ships. That is nuts!!
The FAA seem to much more supportive of SpaceX ambitions now as Elon became the 'Hand of the King' 😁
SLS is all but an extinct dinosaur.
RIP S26😢
Did you say 'Two' astronauts on the Artemis mission? Only 2? I know they have to check that all is safe and so on, but crikey, that's a bloody big rocket and mission for just two crew, disappointing . . .
Is LNG the same as the methane used in Starship?
Can’t see musk doing away with sls, whatever he might wish, it is the senate launch system after all and many of those jobs and companies supported are in red states.
Yes now that Trump has put Elon in charge of eliminating wasteful spending it’s goodbye to SLS
SLS funds should be reallocated into new space telescopes or into the numerous other engineering requirements needed for the moon and Mars.
I saw it getting scratched
Nice that they fire the rockets, bit a shame that it is been done by a sort of hitler….
V1, V2, amerika stole that from germany, stole the warcriminals who made rockets. modern ehbo comes from the testing on jews. I am proud on humanity!! forgive and forget. turned into fire and forget.. future, past. Look what they invented?? They read the same sciencefiction.
It's still NOT the answer to life, the universe, and everything!!! It's the answer to the ULTIMATE QUESTION of life, the universe, and everything. Those are entirely not the same thing.
Yes 1B should be immediately canceled and the spending for it redirected to help Starship be able to replace the SLS from Artemus 4 on.
Why didn’t u show the SHB exploding in the ocean?
Starscrap is dead in the water.
Pretty cool, but it’s difficult for me to be impressed when there are transmedium craft of non human technologically superior higher intelligence origin constantly flying around the the planet
Awesome!
missing tiles only mean so much. i don't think necessarily indicates a shielding failure. the under shielding they seem to be working on seems to be coming along. still that kind of air friction is more likely the cause that they came off rather then the heat. not saying it did or didn't cause damage were the pad were, i dunno. i don't think its ready to do it with out them, but i don't see why it can't happen. still less pieces to fall off the better tho.
Zip Tie holding strong💪 @19:29
Yay, more wasted money on Artemis.
European POV: why not just build train tracks for fuel delivery? Mega-efficient, good for the environment.
Legendary Review. Is Ship 33 the first version 2 starship? I think it is….
Lol indian govt fighting among themselves 🤣🤣🤣🥳
Outstanding Marcus, well done mate. From Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA.
Not bad for broomsticks!
Another example of NASA not having a clue what they're doing, still stuck in the 1960s.
The Progress supply ship brought some nasty contamination with it, they had to shut hatches, turn up the air filters and put on gas masks. They said it smelled like aerosol paint. Way to go Russian Space Program!
Interesting video as always, Marcus. Any idea why the Starship graphic on the livestream flips a few seconds after SECO so that, so me at least, it appears to be either flying tail first or heading east to west back to the launch site?
Thanks!
SLS should have been cancelled long ago. It really is an embarrassment to NASA imho
Nice job
Do we know what g-forces passengers will eventually experience during the belly flop landing maneuver?
Thanks!
Now that Musk is the de facto US Vice President he's going to be able to grift even more billions off the Lunar Starship "concept of a plan" for the next four years because he always knew 20 orbital refueling flights for one mission (see Smarter Every Day's video) is never going to happen! And the fact that Rocketlab has now been selected by NASA to only "study" a Mars sample return mission by 2040(!) is further proof that even NASA doesn't believe humans will be landing on Mars before then, in spite of Musk's latest make-believe claim of sending 5 (unmanned) Starships to Mars in 2026!

Who leveled the landing site on the moon before "starship" landed? Landing on mars with rear engines means they do not expect to take off again (rocks/dust etc will kill the engines!!
them moving around the gridfins with the forklift shows the unreal scale
I think Elon should buy a nuclear reactor to supply the energy it takes to generate rocket fuel right from air and water.
As the head of DOGE, I think Elon will probably either deprecate most of NASA's function or work to make NASA as efficient as SpaceX.
