  1. Expensive tanks and expensive jets without sufficient fuel and logistics lines is acute stupidity, even now NATO soldiers on the front line do not have a bullet left.

the lead tank dispatch narrative is the dumbest scam of the 21st century the brittons have perpetrated

  2. Have mercy to the Ukrainians, ordinary people living in cold dark nights and sacrifing so many lives all for the will of the west to weaken and destroy Russia. The whole world need peace to cope with climate chance and pandemics. Peace can only be achieved through diplomacy and not wìtb war machines.

  3. What an impressive Minister this man is. Thank goodness we have someone leading the defence of our own country. I’m sure we will learn from this war (in Ukraine) about the changes we need here in the UK. I urge everyone not to think politically about what needs to be done helping these people from the playground bully.

  4. I like Ben Wallace. He's competent, knows what he is talking about, and direct. He doesn't beat about the bush. Hopefully, the Germans can replace Christine Lambrecht with someone at least half as competent as Mr. Wallace. German leadership is desperately needed. The UK, France, the US, Finland, Poland and others have already stepped up and keep doing so. Ukraine needs help from a united West.

There is a golden opportunity to kick Russia out of Ukraine, and there needs to be the vision and leadership in place to give the Ukrainians the tools they need to see that through.

  5. Ben the Wise Sage…….he’s got the easiest job in Parliament and has done absolutely nothing to be feted as Leadership material.
He supported Johnson and The Lettuce…..so that’s indicative of the quality if his judgement

  6. Complete waste of money and this NATO push to sacrifice peoples lives in the pursuit of getting one over on Russia shows how little they really care. Was it not the UK who pushed to continue the war when Zelensky and Putin were in talks in April. Was it not UK/US who blew up Europes main source of gas. All this war has done is kill needlessly innocent people for the sake of rhetoric of looking like govts care about Ukraine, put the world into turmoil and push an agenda of control over people. All its actually about is NATO and US getting a foot on Russia s doorstep and been used to control the people of Europe under false pretences. It has no real support from the people of Europe just those in power and shareholders of those who make huge profits from such a war. Who ever believes this bullshit is delusional as neither will win this proxy war , diplomacy is the only real answer . War does nt solve anything just destroys and leaves a bitter pill to swallow.

  7. Reading through so much sarcasm in the comments here, does that mean that the UK is not all that concerned with the atrocities of Putin’s war or the prospect, however slim, of the conflict spilling over the border?

  9. Meanwhile we can’t keep the lights on, pensioners ride busses all day long to keep warm. Nurses queue at the end of their shift for food banks. 40000 asylum seekers have landed on the south coast in the last 5 months. Half the public work force is on strike over pay and conditions. Our economy is in tatters. We have no money left. We are in recession and have inflation. Covid and the three lockdowns just about broke us.
People are cooking on radiators and heating their homes with candles. People are dying in record numbers on waiting lists for hospital operations and in some case are lying on the floor for 12 hours waiting for an available ambulance. Depression anxiety and suicide are through the roof and especially acute with the young. Politics at home is totally broken. We have had Brexit, megexit, Trump, Covid, lockdowns, the Afghanistan collapse and evacuation, the Queen’s death. We are on our third Prime minister in a few months.
…….BUT don’t let any of this get in the way of a bloody good war. There’s always enough money around for one of those. 😩
