Have you tried a large bomber raid vs some modern air defence systems? Would a Luftwaffe bomber run be dense enough to just eat all the SAM ammo and still get enough ordinance on target?
Didn't you guys figure out that practice rounds were the most effective a while back?

Yeah, A-10s absolutely have the firepower to take down bombers, the lack of speed is always going to be the biggest problem.

Most time I see your videos it makes fun to watch this creative scenarios. As living in germany naturally I would like to see an virtual battle Germany vs. England with ME 262s, Hortens Stealth Jets 229 and H IX, Stukas, and a lot of the other last secret weapons of the Luftwaffe, supported by a lot of V2 missiles, as well as the german fleet and the U-Boat Wolfpack surrounding whole Brittain… ;P The Blitz Storm is coming! ^^

Soooooo we all agree, that whichever one of us developes time travel, we're giving a10s and f14s to the allies, right?
Two things:
1) Can you imagine a fully 21st Century A-10 with all the new accoutrements? Not overhauling existing airframes, but a complete rebuild from the ground up. It's is such an effective weapon, but a next generation version for protection, better avionics, better engines, better everything.
2) Cap needs to either have the Reapers race WWII jeeps on an aircraft carrier deck or launch them from one…

I live in Kenley, and walked around the (very well-preserved) airfield this morning.
I didn't see any A-10s, but did see Viking gliders (used by the Air Cadets), and plenty of dogs.
